ALGAE REMOVAL FROM WALLS AND SIDES OF HOUSES
We use softwash chemicals to safely remove red, green, and black algae that are visible on a lot of walls and render. We spray AlgoClear Pro at low pressure on surfaces contaminated with organic growth that causes discoloration.
Over a period of time working with nature, this biocide is very successful at removing microorganisms from walls and sides of houses. It has a neutral PH, which means it does not damage the colouring agents or the surface cohesion of any hard surface. It is totally safe, and it is even used on children`s playgrounds.
We are always conscious of any plants or vegetation near where we use chemicals. We always rinse vegetation with water before and after cleaning.

MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
At Mullan External Cleaning building an ongoing relationship with our customer is important.
After we clean your property we want to keep it looking great.
Treatment with the biocide Algoclear Pro at the first sign of organic material returning will ensure we keep things under control.
We will check in with you 8/12 months after completing a job but if you notice any green returning in the meantime give us a call and we will be happy to help.
Remember that regular maintenance is much more cost effective than letting your property revert to needing a full cleaning service again.
