Our cleaning and sealing process makes tarmacadam surfaces look like new again.
Firstly, we power wash the tarmacadam at a low pressure to thoroughly clean it. Once clean, we apply Thompsons Quick Drying Sealant, which will not only protect the driveway or patio from future stains but will also restore and rejuvenate its original colour.
We are a fully insured company and work with the most modern equipment to clean tarmac surfaces on domestic and commercial properties in County Louth, Meath East and Dublin.

MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
At Mullan External Cleaning building an ongoing relationship with our customer is important.
After we clean your property we want to keep it looking great.
Treatment with the biocide Algoclear Pro at the first sign of organic material returning will ensure we keep things under control.
We will check in with you 8/12 months after completing a job but if you notice any green returning in the meantime give us a call and we will be happy to help.
Remember that regular maintenance is much more cost effective than letting your property revert to needing a full cleaning service again.
